My Experience:
When I go to sleep- I am out like a light. I don’t toss and turn due to changes in my body temperature. I am usually nestled up nice and snug under the covers, no matter what season it is. My husband, though, is always on top of the covers. So this review is mostly his point of view.
I didn’t tell my husband that I put the mattress pad on the bed, because I wanted to see if he noticed a difference in his sleeping pattern. The first thing he said when he got in bed last night was:
Him: “it’s nice and cool under here”
Me: “I put the new mattress pad on today”
Him: “Ohh yeah, I can tell this is going to make a huge difference”
We didn’t talk about it for the next couple of weeks and…
My Husband’s Bottom Line:
He loves the new In Balance Mattress Pad. He would recommend it to people who have trouble sleeping because they are too hot. He would often wake up in the middle of the night to turn on the fan and he has not been doing that as of late. He attributes it to the In Balance mattress pad, which he believes is making his sleep more enjoyable.
As for me? I was too busy sleeping to notice.
